Great for swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the lazy crazy days of summer. 5 minutes to Okemo Mt. for skiing. This 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage has just been completely renovated. Sit in front of the gas fireplace on the chilly Vermont evenings. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed over head. The sofa in the living room has a pull-out double bed. Cottage includes TV, VCR, DVD, and a gas grill on the deck. Sleeps a total of 7 plus persons including pull-out love seat, couch and cot.

Rates
Summer Season (May 1 – Oct. 31): $775 per week Sat-Sat plus $300 security/damage deposit.
Winter Season (Nov. 1 – April 30): $6,900, plus $690 security/damage and $1,000 utility deposit.
All rental rates for 30 days or less are plus 9% Vermont rooms tax. 6% gratuity. Rates are subject to change without notice.
