Private, modern, and beautifullly decorated, the house is well equipped for fun and relaxation.
The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Five people can sit at the counter and another six sit at the dining table. Lower level game room and TV area. Walkout to the firepit and enjoy a short path leading to the lake. Enjoy use of the owners kayaks and lake gear. House offers WIFI and Cable. Wii game system, and 2 large TVs with great sound and music channels. Mudroom with washer/dryer right at the entrance for all your wet gear.

guests are given access to the amenities available through the Hawk Resort. Pay per use/daily fees.

1000/ 3 night weekend
1500/week

Winter Rates
1525/3 night weekend
2850/week

Winter Holidays: 600/Night
Non-winter Holidays: 475/night
minimum stay required during holiday periods.

$ 150 cleaning, 9% VT sales tax, $600 refundable security deposit
