Queen rooms connect with a full bathroom. Lower level has a kids playroom with 2nd TV, movies only on a DVD. Foosball table. 5th bedroom on this level with a king bed, full bath. Washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Hot tub outside on the patio with a view of Okemo. Partial fenced in yard. House is located just off of Preddom Hill Rd in Ludlow, VT. Less then 2 miles drive to Okemo Mt. Close to all area attractions. Swimming at the Echo Lake State Park, 12 miles.

2010-2011 Season:
House is available for a 5 month season, Nov 15 - April 15, 2011: $18,500 and includes plowing, cable and phone service. Tenant pays heat, hot water, electric, trash removal, hot tub service and cleaning. Monthly cleaning required.

Weekly or weekend rentals may become available.
