Highland House Chalet is nestled in the pines in a quiet area. The Black River runs through the front border of this property. It makes for nice fishing and wading. Free phone, wireless internet, firewood! NO PETS in this non-smoking home.

There is horseback riding, boating, summer theater, art/crafts shows, antiquing, museums, hiking, and best of all skiing at either of three ski areas within 1-8 miles. We are located half way between Okemo and Killington. The New York Times said, we have the best vacation spot in Vermont. There are 5 lakes and 6 golf courses all located within 8 miles of this Cedar Chalet.

Winter Season Rental: Nov. 15th - May 15th $8,500 + utilities and security
Winter weekly if available: $1200 Non-holiday
Winter weekly if available: $2500 Holiday.

Summer Monthly: $1000 - $1500
Summer Weekly: $750 June - Sept. 1st, Oct. 1st-20th $900.

Season renters: responsible for Utilities, 1/2 plowing, trash and cleaning.
All renters: $130 cleaning fee charged if needed!
