Phoebe's is located in the picturesque serene hamlet of East Craftsbury within the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

Phoebe's Cottage sleeps 4 and has an open living room with central heat, woodstove, bunk beds, full bath, kitchenette and deck. Upstairs is a king bedroom w/vaulted ceiling and bathroom.

Phoebe's House is an 1890's cape that sleeps 6+ and features an open kitchen/living room, a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed, loft area with twin beds and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.

Both rentals include all utensils, cookware, dishes and linens. Rates are reasonable and available year round. Close to lakes, hiking, skiing & snowmobile trails. Dogs are welcome. We look forward to your visit.

Available year round:
Phoebe's Cottage: $125* per night (2 night minimum) and $850** per week, four guests.
Phoebe's House: $125 per night (2 night minimum) and $850* per week, six guests.
*(Plus 9% VT rooms tax)*
A deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation.
