A futon for the fifth and sixth guests. 3-season heat with a gas-fired stove in living area. Full bathroom with shower. Linens, kitchen utensils, and appliances; TV/DVD, stereo, telephone, dial-up Internet, and outside BBQ grill. Large lot with ample parking. Sleeps 4 - 6. Professionally cleaned between visits. No smoking.
Watch the loons from the large deck or canoe (included). Private sandy beach with gradual walkout into the lake. Public beach and boat access is available. Great for fishing, boating, golf, hiking, and relaxing. Enjoy the quaint New England towns of Vermont and New Hampshire, in addition to the majestic White Mountains, are all are nearby.
