Caspian Lake Waterfront: Four Season House Sleeps 6
This four season waterfront house features a lovely view of Caspian Lake through large picture windows. The living room, which has a separate dining area and a large fireplace, opens to a covered balcony from which the view can be enjoyed. The master bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room are all on the main level. Downstairs there is a second bedroom with two twin beds, an additional bathroom with shower, and a utility room with two twin beds and a washer and dryer. Our sandy beach (with canoe and sailboat) is located immediately downhill from the house. The house is available year round and is equipped with linens, a small color TV, and full amenities. No smoking please.

2008 Spring, Fall and Winter rates:
$100/night (3-night minimum), or $550/week.
2008 Summer rates (June 28 - August 30):
$1100/week.
Rates do not include 9% Vermont room tax.
