It is wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle and bring back perspective to one's peace of mind with beauty and serenity here in Otter Cove. Jay Peak downhill skiing 15-20 minutes. Owls Head downhill & over Canadian border - 20-25 minutes. VAST snowmobile trails 5-10 minutes. Cross country skiing, ice skating, excellent fishing (including ice shanty), shopping, cinemas, restaurants, country club, tennis, golfing, kayaking and more. Pets allowed.
We have kayaks, canoes and a small fishing boat rentals for our guests. They are delivered and retrieved to Otter Cove and North Point at no extra cost.

Off season rates (September 18 - mid May, excluding holidays):
Weekly rate: $895 for two; $1199 for any more than two.
Weekend rate Friday-Sunday: $450 for two; $550 for four; $650 for six.
Weekday rate 3-day minimum: $198 for two; $298 for four; $398 for six.

Weekly rates for Summer (mid May to September 18): $1499/week.

Plus 9% VT rooms tax. $250 security deposit.
Pets are allowed, but anymore than one there would be a $50 cleaning fee.
