Cottage can accommodate 2 people comfortably in sectional queen sofa bed in the winter, spring months. Summer and Fall there is another little cottage that will accommodate 2 more with twin beds that can be changed into a queen bed. One bathroom with shower, kitchenette with all amenities except dishwasher. There is a telephone, a satellite dish, TV, DVD, CD, and radio. North Point also includes a propane fireplace, picture windows to enjoy the 180° views, wraparound deck. There is also a propane grill, 20' awning to be in the shade, a ceiling fan and air conditioner for the muggy days and the cooling Magog waters to swim in or kayak, canoe, pontooning, sail and fish. Pets allowed.
There are shops, antiquing, restaurants, movies theaters, Jay Peak and Newport Country Club have golf courses and more. On Sundays one can kayak, row or drive boat and dock at the East Side restaurants for a wonderful brunch. Autumn is wonderful for peaceful walks, hikes, fishing, biking on the bike trails on the west side of the lake, enjoying the warm cozy fire pit beside the deck and so much more. Winter is magnifi

We are adding in April 2008 a large master bedroom with French doors opening to the wraparound deck and grand views to the left of Canada and to the right of Newport, Vermont.
Weekly summer rental (June - September 18): $1275/week.
Off season prices to be announced (weekly, weekend, midweek).
Plus 9% VT rooms tax. $250 security deposit.
Pets are allowed, but anymore than one there would be a $50 cleaning fee.
