North Point: Wonderful lake frontage with panoramic views of Lake Memphremagog. Ten acres of privacy and road to dead end with one's own private sandy beach and cooling deep waters. Cottage can accommodate 4-5 people comfortably in queen bed downstairs in suite and upstairs through spiral staircase to a full size bed and a twin day bed. One bathroom with shower, kitchenette with all amenities except dishwasher. There is a telephone, a satellite dish, TV, DVD, CD, and radio. North Point also includes another propane fireplace in the kitchenette area, picture windows to enjoy the 180° views, wraparound deck. There is also a propane grill, 20' awning to be in the shade, ceiling fans and air conditioner for the muggy days and the cooling Magog waters to swim in or kayak, canoe, pontooning, sail and fish. Pets allowed.
There are shops, antiquing, restaurants, movies theaters, Jay Peak and Newport Country Club have golf courses and more. On Sundays one can kayak, row or drive boat and dock at the East Side restaurants for a wonderful brunch. Autumn is wonderful for peaceful walks, hikes, fishing, biking on the bike trails on the west side of the lake, enjoying the warm cozy fire pit beside the deck and so much more. Winter = Jay Peak ski resort, Owl's Head and Burke Mountain.

Weekly summer rental (June - September 18): $1275/week.
Off-season prices:
Weekly rate: $995 for two people; $1199 for 3-4 people.
Weekend (2 nights): $550 for two people, $650 for 3-4 people.
Midweek: $198/night for two people, $298/night for 3-4 people (3-night minimum).
Plus 9% VT rooms tax. + $250 security deposit.
Pets are allowed, but anymore than one there would be a $50 cleaning fee.
