Two summer cottages on Lake Memphremagog. 3 miles to downtown Newport for shopping, golf, tennis, marina, boat rental. 19 miles to Jay Peak, take tramway up 4000' for spectacular views, birdwatching. Clean, well-maintained 2 & 3-bedroom cottages have large porches. Complete kitchens include basic cooking ware, dishware and silverware. Each bedroom has a double bed. Linens included. Towels & blankets are not provided. Cottages do not have televisions, radios or phones. If needed, electric baseboard heat available in cottages. Private sandy beach is a short walking distance from each cottage. Mooring available. Pets accepted by permission with damage deposit.
