This comfortably furnished lakefront house has a private sandy beach & dock with boat mooring. Sleeps six (three bedrooms - 1 queen, 2 full). All rooms have ceiling fans. 1 full bath with shower/tub, washer/dryer, kitchen with all appliances & utilities, living room with cable TV/DVD. Beautiful views of lake and mountains from house & deck. Great sunrises & sunsets. Gas grill, deck furniture, lawn chairs, picnic table, campfire pit next to lake.

Swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, biking in summer. 110 miles of "Kingdom Trails" are only 15 minutes away in Burke.
In the winter, VAST snowmobile trails are accessible from the house & plenty of parking area for trailers & trucks. Some consider Island Pond the snowmobile capital of the Northeast Kingdom! Ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing are all right out the front door onto the lake. Nearby downhill skiing at Burke Mountain and Jay Peak.
Bring Linens & towels. No smoking. Pets considered with additional rental fee.

$800 per week (Saturday to Saturday) summer/fall rental, plus 9% VT room tax.
Security deposit required.
