This comfortable fully furnished lakefront house has a private sandy beach & dock with boat mooring. Great fishing, bring your boat or kayaks.

Sleeps six (three bedrooms - 1 queen, 2 full). All rooms have ceiling fans. 1 full bath with shower/tub, washer/dryer, kitchen with all appliances & utilities, living room with Direct TV and phone with local calling only. Ceiling fan in living room too.

Beautiful views of lake and mountains from house & deck. Great sunrises & sunsets. Gas grill, deck furniture, lawn chairs, picnic table, great campfire pit over looking lake.

Great location for all seasons!

Swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, biking in summer. 110 miles of "Kingdom Trails" to ride are only 20 minutes away in East Burke.
Brighton State Park & Silvio O. Conte National Fish & Wildlife Refuge nearby.

In the winter, VAST snowmobile trails are accessible from the house & plenty of parking area for trailers & trucks. Some consider Island Pond the snowmobile capital of the Northeast Kingdom! Ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing are all right out the front door onto the lake. Nearby downhill skiing at Burke Mountain and Jay Peak. Large driveway - can leave trailer.

Take a ride on Route 105 East or Route 114 North and watch for Moose.
Hike Bluff Mountain, 3.2 miles rountrip. Viewpoint overlooking Island Pond Village & Lake.
