Gorgeous year-round log home on 200+ acre Miles Pond; beautifully decorated, featuring hand-peeled logs, massive fieldstone fireplace, cathedral ceiling, radiant heat, Jenn-Aire appliances, full bath with marble floor, Jacuzzi tub, plus 2nd full upstairs bath, satellite TV, DVD, separate VCR-only TV upstairs, laundry/mudroom. Three bedrooms, one king, one queen, two single beds, plus a sofabed in upstairs TV area; sleeps eight. Both upper and lower outdoor decks with furniture, gas grill. Spacious grassy yard and ample parking on over an acre of land. Recently named "The Cuckoo's Nest Cabin" in honor of my grandson Logan!
Private dock and small beach on 380' water frontage. Just a minute's walk to nice picnic area with larger uncrowded public beach, with very comfortable temp. for swimming! VAST snowmobile trail is right from the driveway. Cross-country ski and snowshoe from the doorway too! Excellent place for fishing (Bass, Perch, Pickerel, Sunfish), kayaking, snorkeling, birdwatching, boating, (state boat launch is next door for larger boats) and great walking/hiking trails nearby. Rowboat or canoe, paddle boat, life vests, linens, cooking utensils, dishware, laundry and cleaning supplies included.

Rates for prime season: 3rd weekend of May through 2nd weekend of October, Christmas week, and February vacation week (3rd week).
By week only, Saturday to Saturday, for $1,650, plus VT rooms tax of 9%.
Pet deposit additional $150.
Off-season rates effective from third week of October up to the 3rd weekend of May: $1,100/week, $525/weekend (3 days, 2 nights) plus VT rooms tax of 9%, with additional nights/days possible per request, subject to availability.
Pet deposit of $150 required by pre-approval of pet(s).
