The cabin sleeps six with two bedrooms and a large loft area. There is a pillow top King size bed on the loft, bunk beds in the first floor bedroom and a queen size bed in the lower level bedroom.
The first floor also has a living area with a 42 in. flat screen TV, a dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and a full bath. There is a large deck off the 1st floor looking over the pond with a gas grill and table. A hot tub is also on the deck.
In addition to the lower level bedroom there is a laundry with washer & dryer, a family gathering room perfect for watching TV, a blu ray movie or playing XBOX (all included).
There is dock to fish off of, a swim float to jump off and a hammock to relax in. There is a fire pit near the water's edge.
There are 3 kayaks, a canoe, a windsurfer and a sailfish to use on the pond. There are life jackets of all sizes for adults and children. There are also hiking trails and attractions for the kids near by (Santa's village is 20 mins. away)
We supply bath towels, bed linens, limited paper supplies and dish detergent. There are also some camp chairs for enjoying the fire pit.
Renters are responsible for pillows and pillow cases, and beach towels.

Summer Season includes the months of June, July and August. Weekly rentals only.
Rental is from Saturday at 4:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am.
Rate is $1,750/wk. A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation and the remainder of the rental fee due 30 days prior to the start of the rental date. A $200 damage deposit is required with the final payment.
