Cottage for rent/fishing opportunity

Fisherman’s paradise lakefront cottage with dock for rent at Lake Willoughby, Vermont during peak fishing time-May-June, and September-October, 2014. The cottage is on the water near the Westmore Village public boat launch.

Lake Willoughby offers pristine open water fishing in spots over 300 feet deep including various connecting streams with a variety of fish. The lake is home to land-locked salmon, brown, rainbow, and lake trout “Lakers”! The connecting Willoughby River is an ideal spot for fly-fishing.

Fishing licenses, bait and tackle are available at the Willoughby Lake Store, within walking distance of the rental cottage.

The cottage faces west with exquisite late-day sunsets. Inside of the cottage are two bedrooms one double bed and two twin beds and a pullout sofa-the sleeping areas can accommodate up to six people with a full bath. The recently remodeled kitchen area has everything you will need to cook meals including your daily catch! The large open living area includes comfortable furniture, a music system, television and internet access.

The front deck is furnished with Adirondack chairs and deck furnishings and a gas grill. There is space for parking and storing a boat trailer.
