Two cozy lakefront cottages for rent on Island Pond with decks overlooking the beautiful lake and mountain views. Each cottage has its own 30' dock and grill for summer use. Great boat launch and tie your boat up to the dock for your stay!

Cottage #1 has 3 bedrooms and a large room with 4 beds. Sleeping capacity for up to 12 people.
Cottage #2 has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Also has a couch for additional capacity.
Both cottages are well maintained and clean and have fully equipped kitchens with updated appliances, gas range/oven, washer and dryer and cable TV.
Linens can be provided.

Summer activities:
Friday Night Live - live music downtown, grilling, crafting and various vendors. There is allowed open container at Friday Night Live!
Enjoy the lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, relaxing and getting some sun.
ATV trails and 4X4 roads.
Established backcountry hiking and the Silvio O. Conte national fish and wildlife preserve.
Excellent summer recreational and educational activities for kids and adults at Northwoods Stewardship Center (5 minutes) and day and overnight camps for ages 3-15 at Siskin Coutts (5 minutes)
Walk to downtown where there is restraunts, grocery store, gas and shops.

Fall activities:
Leaf peeping, hunting and fishing.

Winter activities:
VAST snowmobiling in Vermont snowmobile Capitol. Cottages located on the snowmobile trail. Ride from the house by trail or on the lake.
Skiing and snowboarding at Burke Mountain (15 minutes) or Jay Peak (45 minutes). Jay Peak has an indoor water park.
Ice fishing, skating at the ice rink downtown, snow shoeing and groomed cross country skiing at Northwoods Stewardship Center (5 minutes).
