Welcome to "After Chores", our sweet little lake front cabin located on the back side, the quiet side of beautiful crystal clear Lake Eden. Listen to the loons, not the traffic!

The main house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second with bunk bed. There are 1 1/2 bathrooms, a wood stove for heat, a pullout couch on the enclosed porch or a futon in the living room gives space for an overnight guest. Sleeps 6 maximum. There is eating space on the enclosed porch. Linens are not provided, but blankets and everything else are.

The "Kids Camp" is a separate secluded building which sleeps 4 (a full bed, and a bunk bed). There is electricity, water and heat in the kids camp. Not only kids love to hang out there!

The house, plus kids' camp, comfortably sleeps 8 total. Two families could easily share the cottage.

We have high-speed internet service, phone, great AT&T cell service, TV with limited amount of stations. Free long distance within the US.
A pack and play and 2 high chairs are available for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped (except no dishwasher). A gas grill plus lots of lawn chairs for sitting down by the lake.

200' of lake front; a main dock, a swimming raft, and 2 boat docks. There are 4 boats for your use, a sunfish sailboat, a kayak, a canoe, a paddle boat.

The lakefront is gradual, great for kids. Access to the lake is a gently sloped lawn.

6/4-6/25 1200/ week or 200/night, 3 night minimum July and August, one week minimum rental, $1500/week
9/10-10/8 1200/week or200/night, 3 night minimum
Security deposit $300, 50% deposit required to reserve dates.
Balance due 30 days before rental.
Additional 9% Vermont room tax.

1-2 well-behaved dogs are welcome
