The Cottage is located on Lake Seymour at the North Beach. Warm and completely furnished.
You can sit and watch the water, the boaters and the sky. Very easy access to the beach and a wonderful spot for older people or a small family with children. The front porch is very pleasant with lots of windows and air movement. The main room is very comfortable with plenty of sitting area, and it flows into the renovated kitchen with all amenities. The two bedrooms and bathroom located in the back of the cottage provide a quiet place to sleep. 1 queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. There is even a back screened-in porch to sit on. This well-cared-for cottage is heated for cooler weather occupancy.

You will need to bring your own sheets and towels but we do have pillows, blankets and bedspreads.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and dishes and pots and pans.

We provide a Canoe and kayak. The back yard has a nice play area for badmitten or stick ball. The picnic table and grill is easy to use.
The cottage Open in May and many fisherman like the spot because it has lots of room for parking your boat trailer.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in July and August but we will consider long weekends for 3 night minimum if we do not have bookings. Since it is open from May and October we also reserve anytime during those months.

Very reasonably priced at $750 per week. Plus 9% VT rooms tax.
The week runs Saturday to Saturday. Will Consider monthly at a reduced rate.
Some weekends will be available outside the peak season of July and August.

Daily rates in off season at $ 100 per night plus tax.2 night minimum
