Everything you need in a complete modern kitchen, large attached deck facing the lake for cookouts and soaking up the sun. Beautiful lawn and landscaped yard. Plenty of room for parking. Cathedral ceiling in large living room with fireplace. Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bath and master bedroom on the first floor with private bath. Extra half bath off the kitchen. Comfortable, spacious open floor plan includes roomy dining area.

In summer swim, canoe, fish, boat just steps from the door. Go for long leisurely walks, jog or bike the country road that leads to your driveway. Newport Country Club offers a lovely golf course 10 minutes away.

You can also golf at Jay Peak, Orleans Country Club or Barton Country Club, all within a 30-minute drive. In winter build a fire in the fireplace and warm up after a day of skiing. Jay Peak is about 25 minutes away for downhill or cross country, Craftsbury Nordic Center, about 45 minutes. Burke mountain, approximately 45 minutes also.

Jay Peak now has an indoor waterpark and ice rink year round. The city of Newport is 5 miles away offering fine and casual dining, a public park, cinema, shopping.

3 night weekend special rate $800 plus tax, monthly $3000 tax included.
Usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible.
