The first floor has a combination family and dining room and kitchen with a large glass door to walk out onto a comfortable outside deck with table and chairs. The living room has a working fireplace.

Master bedroom with a double bed and bath and study (with a trundle bed which supplies 2 single beds) on 1st floor. On the second floor are 2 more bedrooms with a full bath. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the 2nd one has a twin bed. Bring your own sheets and towels. Washer and dryer, new refrigerator, stove, microwave and gas outdoor grill.

Home is really accessible yet private, and all activity faces the water. Nice lawn and wonderful private sandy beach with gradual drop in the water. This house is perfect for a young family.
