First floor has master bedroom (king bed) with full bath, a second bedroom (2 twins), a second full bath, a living room with gas fireplace, pullout couch, TV/DVD/Stereo/CD-player, a complete kitchen (service for 12), a large dining area, W/D, and a deck that looks out onto ski trail.

The lower level offers a second den with pullout couch, TV/DVD, a very large bedroom with queen bed, an additional queen futon and a full bath. Kids play downstairs while parents relax upstairs.

A separate mudroom offers storage for boots, coats, etc. Enclosed ski locker is next to front door. WiFi available throughout the unit, 2 TVs each with DVD/VCR, stereo with CD, games. Sleeps 12 maximum.

Ski to all downhill lifts. Walk or ski to cross-country/snowshoe center and trails, several restaurants, indoor ice skating, and Jay Peak's NEW WATERPARK (with slides, lazy river, wave pool and more).
