This house has been through several renovations and is a comfortable and cozy place to spend time with family or friends. It is totally furnished - just bring your clothes and food. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, 5 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 1 full, and 2 twin beds). There are 2 sofa beds for overflow sleeping. There is an air-jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom for your relaxation. All linens and towels are provided.
It is centrally located among 3 major ski areas: 22 miles from Burke Ski Area, 33 miles from Jay Peak Ski Resort (with indoor water park and skating rink) and 53 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort (with Alpine slide). The VAST snowmobile trail is nearby with private trail access. It is easy access from I 91, Exit 25 (Barton) off the exit ramp and first right onto Roaring Brook Road and it is less than a mile to Ingersoll Lane.
This is a nature lover's paradise without sacrificing comfort. It is very private but only 1 mile from town with grocery stores and restaurants. The beautiful Crystal Lake is only two miles away with more than 10 other lakes in the area as well. The Northeast Kingdom is also known as the Lakes Region. Activities include: golf, fishing, boating, swimming, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, skating, horseback riding and many others. In the fall the foliage is spectacular.
