All season lake-front home located at the head of Cole's Pond in picturesque Walden, Vermont. The lake is surrounded by the 10,826 acre Steam Mill Brook Wildlife Management Area. This area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking or nature viewing. The lake is great for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. A State boat launch is located only two lots away from the house.

In the Autumn, the views are absolutely spectacular. There are too many photo opportunities to list. Come see for yourself!

In the winter, snowmobiling is readily accessible - the house is right on the VAST trail! We are also close to Jay Peak, Burke Mountain, Smugglers' Notch, Highland Lodge and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

The house has all the amenities of home - satellite TV, high-speed internet, a land-line phone (calling card needed for long-distance) and cell phone service. There is a master bedroom on the main floor, along with a bedroom with two double beds, and a loft with fold-out couch on the second level. Each floor has a full bath, one with a whirlpool tub.

The covered front porch has a gas grill for all season use and there is a side deck with a beautiful view of the lake.

Week-end Rate Year Round: $350.
Weekly Rate Year Round: $750.
Monthly Rate (winter only): $2,400.
Plus 9% VT room tax + $200 security deposit.
