Private Home with full sun exposure with lawn and beach can be yours to enjoy. The house is set up with 2 master suites for 2 couples. The 3 story home has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd FLR, w/full bath. Notice the alcove between the 2 rooms in the photo. Sit here privately with your morning coffee listening to the loons. The MAIN FLOOR- master suite w/private bath entrance. Open setting with living room and eat-in kitchen. Sun room to the front, open deck to the side. A half bath on this floor also. The BASEMENT WITH THE WALKOUT TO THE LAKE is really comfortable and handy. The family room is a great spot for kids to have their own space to visit inside.

The BEACH FRONT with a small sandy beach and mostly lawn where you can sit and relax in the sun, swim and barbecue. No dock this year. Bring your own water toys and your own mooring for any boat you might bring. Internet, Satellite TV, phone, gas grill.

Beds - 1 King, 2 queen, 2 twins, 1 futon (on sunporch). Bring your own linens and towels for the bath and beach. 8 people allowed; if you have more, please call to discuss.

Summer rates: $1,800 per week; no daily rental in July and August,
2 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR $350 per night. or $ 200 per night for 3 or more nights. Add 9% tax. Daily rate Only spring, fall and winters. $ 25 garbage fee.

Winter - $ 1,500 per week.
Call about any other time and rates for spring, fall and winter.
Add 9% Vermont rooms tax to all rates. $ 25 garbage fee.

Payment is 1/2 upon advance booking and balance 30 days before arrival. Other arrangements can be made for last-minute bookings.
