2nd floor: 2 private bedrooms & 1 open guest room. 2 lofts sleep 1 person each. 2nd floor can sleep 10 total. Full bath with shower. Bedroom, kitchen, & bathroom linens provided.

No snowmobiles or ATVs. Children must be supervised at all times. No hunting or weapons allowed. Well-behaved dogs & cats - must be house trained. No inside smoking.

These rates are based on parties of 4-6 people.
Larger parties will be priced accordingly.

Weekly rate: $900 for 7 days & 7 nights.
4-day weekend rate: $500 for 4 days & 4 nights.
3-day weekend rate: $400 for 3 days & 3 nights.
2-day/night minimum: $200.
Full-time summer, ski season or fall foliage rates considered.
Last-minute availability possible - phone for reservations.
$200 Security deposit when reservation confirmed, balance of rental due upon check-in.
No personal checks or credit cards accepted. Lease and references required.
