Our authentic, custom-built log cabin is a cozy, rustic family retreat with 3 bedrooms + loft (2 Queens, 1 Double, pullout + crib), spacious common area with games and large fireplace for cool nights, plentiful outdoor space and panoramic views of this beautifully natural, remote section of Vermont less than 4 hours from Boston.

The Northeast Kingdom is renowned for its wild beauty and abundant outdoor recreational activities with a nationally-recognized network of mountain biking trails, incredible hikes, beautiful lakes and all that the great outdoors has to offer. It is rustic and remote (the grocery store is 15 miles away) so if your idea of a get-away includes the concierge at the Four Seasons this place is not for you, but if you like roughing it you will be pleasantly surprised by all the Cabin has to offer.

Secluded, private setting on 150 acres with large swimming pond. The Cabin faces due east and has great sun and moon rises. It looks over a front yard lined with very large old maples and then down a big hill to a pond.

The cabin is “off grid” so electrical appliances are minimal. French coffee press and percolator. It has a propane stove, propane fridge plenty of lights and a stereo, but no toaster (toast is made in the gas oven). No washer or dryer. Gas grill.
