A wonderfully-situated, 2-story home located on the shores of Lake Parker is a great place for 3 couples or a small family. The lakefront is accessed from a walkout basement or off the kitchen. A dock to swim off or sit outside and sun yourself on the water. Lake Parker is a quiet lake for canoeing or kayaking enthusiasts.

The home has a large family room with 2 twin beds in the basement with large doors to go out to the lake. A laundry room is located here also. The main floor has 2 wonderful porches, one for sunrises in the morning and one for sunsets and day use facing the lake and a great sunset location. Living room, eating room and the kitchen with a full bath makes for comfortable and a relaxing atmosphere. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a full bath and 1 other bedroom. The large window in the master bedroom looks out at the water.
