Carol Ann's Rentals - Waterfront Cottages
Four 2-bedroom cottages located on 1 acre of land, with a 200 foot sandy beach front on beautiful Lake Willoughby. This property is unique, pleasant and somewhat secluded. Each cottage is slightly different but features a combination living room and kitchen, 1 bath, and 2 bedrooms. They are well cared for, and all are newly renovated. The beach and lawn area, with large maple trees, is relaxing in or out of the sun. The cottages provide cozy comfort in rainy weather with a porch. Children of all ages have great fun here while parents can relax knowing they are safe. Absolutely no pets allowed. Walking distance to local country store, rock slide down the Millbrook and the trail access to Mt. Pisgah.
Linens and towels not provided. Sleeps 4 or 5 people.

Seasonal cottages open May 15 and close around the first of October.
Call me about availability. Daily rates with 2 night minimum available May, June, and September.
Rental rates range from $750 to $950 per week plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Many dates still available.
Weeks run Sat. to Sat. in July and August.
Other months will vary.
