Charming 3BR Waterfront Cottage on Peaceful Pond
Relax in the peaceful atmosphere this charming Concord, VT cottage affords. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the living room window seat viewing Miles Mountain's reflection in the mirror-still waters of Miles Pond, as loons glide along the shore. Bedrooms include one queen, one double and one with bunk beds. Bedding is included. The kitchen includes cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filters, salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard and dish detergent. There is an open dining area off kitchen.
There is a cozy enclosed sun porch for your enjoyment, where you can eat and watch the spectacular sunsets cast their spell across the tranquil waters of this lovely pond. TV - no satellite, and DVD Player with a selection of DVD's, games, puzzles, and magazines are included for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a shower, no tub and includes one set of towels per person and basic bathroom supplies.
Outside you'll find a spacious yard with picnic table, gas grill, Weber charcoal grill, and furniture for relaxing. There is a 30' dock and a swimming area with a shallow step-down entry. Bring your own beach towels please. 100' of water frontage.

$800/week plus 9% VT rooms tax ($72).
$400 Deposit, $150 non-refundable, Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check
Maximum 6 people
Pet Policy: Pets must be pre-approved by rental owner and a non-refundable fee of $100 per week is required. If allowed, pets must be kept in yard, cleaned up after, no excessive barking, not allowed on furniture
