Mud Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, 1 Bedroom (2 Single beds), and Full Bathroom.

UPPER LEVEL:
3 Bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Single beds, 2 Single beds), Full Bathroom, 1/2 Bathroom.

WINTER: ski Mt. Snow, Stratton, and Bromley. Sleigh rides with bonfire at Adams Farms. Snowmobiling, snow tubing, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, and more.

SUMMER: Enjoy beautiful view from the deck with a BBQ, walking distance to Haystack Golf Course Club House, hike & bike trails. Horseback ride through the forests. Swim, fish, water ski, rent/launch boats in the nearby Lakes Whitingham and Raponda. Enjoy private tennis courts, fine dining, shopping (45 minutes to Manchester outlets), summer theaters, music festivals, crafts/antiques.
