The natural beauty of southern Vermont and the interesting and varied recreational opportunities provide added enjoyment to your time with us. We are located in Jacksonville VT, right on the VAST trail. Our large country kitchen is fully equipped for your use. The largest of our four living room areas is bright, airy and open. It is a very versatile room and can be set up for conferences, games or just relaxing. The large wood burning stove and rustic wooden beams create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There are 3 additional living room spaces throughout the house. The dining area is adjacent to the living room. There are two large decks off the living room, both are wonderful places to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding hills while relaxing or cooking on the grills. In the warmer months enjoy hiking, volleyball, game room, relaxing by the pond or by our large campfire, as well as lots of local activities. During the winter months there is a game room, awesome sliding, ice skating, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing right in our back yard, with VAST trail access and ample parking for your sled trailer. With Mt Snow only 15 minutes away, there is so much to do. We have wireless internet, satellite TV, use of our phone, copier, printer, projector, rec. room.

There is a 2 night minimum stay.
3 Day/2 Night Stay: $75 adults, $30 for children 5 - 12, children under 5 free. Tax is not included in this price.
Rates: Sunday - Saturday Summer minimum of $1500. Winter weekend minimum $2500. Tax is not included in this price.
We ask that you bring your own linens, we do offer linens at an additional charge of $8/person. There is a laundry facility, free of charge, located at the house for your use.
Renters are responsible for cleaning house before departure, or there will be an additional $400 cleaning fee.
There is a 9% Vermont Room Tax added to your total.
