This home has everything you need for a great vacation. The feel is rustic with the natural wood walls and cathedral ceilings, a huge floor to ceiling fireplace in the living room, and a wood stove in the family room. But you will also find many of the luxuries of home such as two TVs with DVD players at each TV, Netflix, HBO, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and more.

The house is only a 20 minute drive from the Mount Snow Ski (and snowboarding) Resort. Stratton is 45 minutes away.

For warm weather renters: It is only a 15 minute walk through the woods (or a two minute drive) to the privately owned lakefront area that we share with neighbors. We have a canoe stored right there for your use. There is a dock for relaxing and a wood raft anchored out in the water for sun bathing or jumping in the lake.

Winter 2016/17 ski weekends:
Christmas, New Years, and MLK weekend are already booked.
Weekends - regular: 2 or 3 nights $600 (3rd night FREE)
Weekends - holiday: 3 nights $900
Possible early arrival and late departures available.

Thanksgiving: $650 for three nights with 7 AM arrival and 7 PM departure





9% VT rooms tax and 1% local tax is required for all rentals 30 days or less; damage deposit and cleaning fee to be added.
