All Chimney Hill rental homes have at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. We have 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes available and sleep anywhere from 6 to 14 people. Some homes have their own hot tubs and saunas. There is a Clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, movie room, bar, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts and WiFi. There is also a fishing pond, ice skating rink, wilderness trails and access to Vermont VAST snowmobile trail system on the grounds. Mountain views and quiet Vermont charm is what puts Chimney Hill in a class all its own. Rent or own Chimney Hill is truly a unique resort community situated on the edge Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest.

Our inventory of vacation rental homes are available short term throughout the year. Rates start at $175 a night for a 3 bedroom home and go up to $275 for a 5 bedroom home. There is a 9% rooms tax as well as a 2 night minimum stay.
