Perfect for all four seasons, it sleeps 12 comfortably: main level has master bedroom with queen bed; loft has king bed and sitting area; lower level has a sofabed in Kids' Retreat, one bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds), and a second bedroom with two bunks (4 beds). Fully applianced kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Kids' Retreat has sitting area with 70 channel TV, DVD, CD, and game table. There are 3 TV's and 3 DVD/VCR players. Kids can watch a movie in one room while the adults can watch a different movie in the living room and relax by the awesome center woodstove (with front grate for the look and feel of a fireplace - firewood included). Deck with sweeping views, BBQ grill and summer furniture. No smoking. No pets.
