Close to mountains, lakes, and to Montpelier and Randolph for music and restaurants.

Charming, secluded, circa 1878 Farmhouse (above) with wide-pine floors and hand-hewn beams. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, eat-in kitchen with antique wood cook stove. Open floor plan including living room with wood stove, sun room, screen porch with BBQ. Master bedroom suite with deck, claw tub and glass shower in bathroom. House has original character, but has been renovated with modern amenities, including WiFi and skylights and French doors for sweeping views. No smoking.

Also, light, spacious Barn Studio with 2 bunk beds and queen-size bed, kitchen, bathroom with claw tub, on top floor of Vermont barn with wall of windows overlooking mountains and twin ponds. Perfect for leaf peepers, artists, writers, and hikers. No smoking.

Farmhouse:
Available mid-June through August for $1,800/week. Two weeks preferred as well as a longer term rental. Longer rental rates are negotiable.

Starting in September, house is available for long-term or year round rental. $3,000 per month. House only for longterm rental, not the barn.

Barn Studio:
Available summer and fall: $700/week in conjunction with house. Longer rental rates are negotiable.
