The cottage is within 3 miles of VAST Trailhead, and under 1 hour by I-89 to Burlington, Stowe, Quechee, Killington, Pico, Smugglers, Sugarbush and Bolton Ski Areas.

Rates available for 3 days or 7 days, and for 1BR rental, 2BR or 3 to 4 bedrooms.

$175/nite (price reduction for 1-2 bedrooms)
Weekly Rates: $735-$965.
EXCLUSIVE cottage rights in all cases.
Holiday Rates 3-day minimum: $600.

Reserve with $200 check, to be deducted from remainder of fee on arrival.
Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax and $100 damage deposit also due on arrival.
Reservation deposit will be fully refunded if canceled within 2 weeks.

Premises left in same condition as on arrival, or there will be deduction from damage deposit.
Damage deposit returned within 48 hours as appropriate.

Check-in 2 pm and checkout 10 am.
