Rates: 2012 Spring - Summer Rates:
$250 - $350 per day for minimum stays. Weekly $1400 double occupancy.
Additional guests $25 per guest per day.
Area College Residencies: Reasonable Rates.

Vt. Rooms tax (9%), security/damage deposit required. 10% discount for early bookings, terms and conditions apply. Full amount required to reserve for peak weekends and peak season rentals.
Refunds given when home can be re-rented less 20% processing fee.
