Sleeping Arrangements:
The house has four private bedrooms (master bedroom – queen sized bed; two upstairs bedrooms equipped with one twin bed each; lower level has double bed). There are additional sleeping locations in the library (double pull out sofa) and the living room (single sleeper sofa). Total sleeping space at present is nine.

Weekly and daily rentals - three night minimum.
Weekly rate is $2,500, year round, $400 per night; $200.00 security deposit
Plus Vermont 9% rooms tax.
