Lakeside two-story cottage on Chipman Lake in Tinmouth, Vermont. Downstairs consists of living room with brick fireplace (we supply the firewood), kitchen and full, modern bath. Outdoor propane grill, picnic table, dock, kayaks, wooden raft for additional water fun. Fully screened, glassed porches on both the downstairs and upstairs levels. Eat in the kitchen or have meals on the lower deck. Telephone, VCR and Internet access. In addition to fireplace, there is a separate wood pellet stove for cozy comfort for spring and fall rentals.

Master bedroom is 12' x 20'. Two skylight windows plus four other windows make this room especially attractive. King-sized bed plus youth bed in master bedroom. Three additional nicely decorated bedrooms: one with double bed and two with twin beds. Upper porch is also excellent for sleeping and a general cozy, reading and relaxing area overlooking water.
The cottage is located on the water's edge. Parking is plentiful. No Smoking. Adult dogs considered.

Cottage is located 20 minutes from Rutland or Manchester. The road in to the cottage is on a quiet, private dead end road; therefore traffic is minimal which lends to the tranquility of the setting.

$875 per week.

9% VT rooms tax added for stays under 31 days.
