Great location just off historic route 7A, neighboring organic farm, Chocolate Barn and minutes to Lake Shaftsbury State Park, Robert Frost Stone House Museum, and the Battenkill River; 20 minutes to Bennington or Manchester (outlets/skiing/restaurants). No smoking.
Currently the house is being upgraded and renovated (inlcuding a new bathroom and new porch), and is unavailable for the rest of 2008. We are now taking bookings for Summer 2009.

Weekly rate: $1000 + 9% VT rooms tax, due two weeks prior to rental.
Rental agreement + $300 security deposit required.
