This pine-paneled cottage for two is located on Tinmouth Pond (sometimes called Chipman Lake), a small, undiscovered lake in southern Vermont, with no public access. Remodeled as owner's own home. Floors have been newly refinished and the cottage is freshly painted inside and out. Stone fireplace for chilly evenings in the living room; dining table for two.

Each bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom has shower. Bottled water and basic supplies included. Kitchen includes full refrigerator and stove,toaster,microwave, coffee maker,plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Fans,electric heaters,radio and a DVD player also included. Please bring your own sheets and towels; blankets and pillows provided.

From the large screened porch you can view the entire lake. The porch has a rocking chaise lounge, comfortable chairs and a large picnic table.The lawn goes right to the water. You can launch the canoe from the dock or rest in the hammock. Swim, sun, fish, boat or hike from your door. Enjoy quiet time at home or travel 25 minutes to Manchester or Rutland for dining, shopping and entertainment.

No smoking, no pets.Kayaks welcome (please no motorboats).

Rented Saturday through Saturday. Check in 3:00 PM. Check out 11:00 AM.
Minimum one week for $600 plus 9% Vermont rooms tax.
No discount for multiple weeks.
One half of rental fee required up front to secure booking.
