This home was remodeled for guests to enjoy in any season. A boat dock and mooring puts you on the water! Rentals available. No steps to the waterfront, an advantage over southern lake properties. Point Bay Marina is close by to service you. Day trips will lead you to Burlington, Vermont's largest city; Middlebury, a quaint New England college town, or hop on the ferry and visit Lake Placid, N.Y.
The very large master bedroom features a Caribbean Queen bed for a romantic get-away. The guest bedroom upstairs shares a bath with the master. A ground floor bedroom is set up with twin beds and adjacent bathroom for our elderly guests.
If you like to entertain you'll enjoy the sweeping decks and an outdoor barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room overlooks the wooded back yard. No smoking or pets please.
College parents are welcome for UVM, St. Michael's, Champlain, and Middlebury College events.
Skiers will enjoy five major areas a within an hour's drive.
