Gorgeous lake and mountain views in Bridport, Vermont. 14 miles west of Middlebury, close to a wide range of activities and attractions: Middlebury College Golf Course, Basin Harbor Country Club, Green Mountains, Adirondacks (10 minute drive to Lake Champlain Bridge connecting VT to NY) hiking, biking, etc.
Light bright cozy rooms. Main level: entry with half bath, master bedroom (TV, king size bed, full master bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower), great room (gas fireplace, floor to cathedral ceiling windows overlooking lake, warm and beautiful wood floors and ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, dining area). You will love the adjoining large deck overlooking water’s edge with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine (large Weber gas grill and patio furnishings).
Upper level: bedroom (queen size bed and love seat sleeper, half bath). Lower level: family room/TV and game room, pool table, dry bar and refrigerator, bedroom (queen size bed, bath-shower, toilet, urinal, sink, washer/dryer), walk-out access to patio area (patio fireplace, patio furniture, flower beds), walkway & stairs to beach/boat dock and mooring. Excellent fishing. No smoking inside please. Well-behaved doggies okay with fee.

Peak summer season June 15 - Sept. 6: $2,000/week.
Foliage season Sept. 20 - Oct. 20: $1,800/week.
Low season Sept. 7 - Oct. 19 and Oct. 21 to June 14: $1,600/week.
Daily rental Oct. 21 to June 14: $250/night (2 night minimum).
9% Vermont Rooms tax applies to all rentals as well as $100 cleaning fee.
Well-behaved doggies okay; pet fee: $25/day/pet.
Bed linens and towels included. Weekly rentals begin Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m.
50% deposit to reserve (non-refundable) and signed contract. Security/damage deposit of $500 (refundable following post-rental inspection). Total balance payable by bank check 14 days prior to arrival.
