Relax outside overlooking the 150 feet of direct lakefront on over an acre of land. It's on a dead-end, dirt road across from pasture land. It's very quiet and peaceful. We enjoy hanging out in the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. You can observe all kinds of lake life such as otters, loons, fish, and eagles. There are also croquet, volleyball, or badminton if you want some simple activities.

I always feel when I go over the causeway to Isle La Motte, I am going back to simpler times. It reminds me how important relaxation is to renew one's spirit. There's nothing like a game of Monopoly on the porch on a rainy day....or playing in the lake when the sun's out. I always enjoy cooking on the grill and watching the colors change at sunset.

It's near the Canadian border so you can go into Canada to Fritz's for some incredible cheeses. There are other fun places to visit over the border too.

The 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom make it an ideal setting for 6 people. Everyone has enough room to fully enjoy this cottage.

RATES:
$950 per week from Saturday, June 20th 2015 - Sept. 12th, 2015.
$875 per week before or after these dates.
Security deposit and a 9% Vermont Room Tax will be added to the rental fee.
The security deposit will be fully refunded with a satisfactory inspection of the cottage.
An immediate deposit is required to hold your date for the cottage.
This cottage rents from 3:00 pm on Saturday till 10:00 am the following Saturday.
