Our goal is to maintain the "country feel" while still maintaining all modern amenities. We believe we have reached that goal. We offer not only one but two living rooms, one with a 52" big screen TV with Direct TV and DVR. Additionally, we have just repainted, installed hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room, wall to wall carpeting in the remainder of house. All appliances are state of the art and less than a year old, ceiling fans throughout the main floor. This is just the inside!
Did we mention the 120 mile back yard called Lake Champlain? All of it for your enjoyment! Watersports, fishing derbies or just floating around on a lazy vacation. Perfect all year vacationing found here.

FALL: We are in the heart of the foliage belt and are on the Champlain bike path as well. Take a leisurely drive to view foliage or simply take a beautiful GONDOLA RIDE offered on two local mountains. Both with tremendous foliage views of the Greemn Mountains of Vermont.
WINTER offers so many extras. We are centrally located to over six ski areas. Cross country and night skiing also! Snowmobiling here! Close to VAST Trails and right on Lake Champlain. Great access to many towns, taverns & restaurants.
Off Peak $1500 - $2000/week. Peak $2500/week.
Plus VT rooms Taxes on rentals of 30 days or less.
