Lake Champlain Rentals
Tree Tops Resort in South Hero. Up to 4 Cottages Available.
The Tree Tops resort is located on the Southern end of South Hero on a private 7+ acre property, with over 900 feet of direct frontage on Lake Champlain. Until recently, it was a family compound and select location for close friends.
There are four cottages located at TreeTops. Each cottage is restored in the old time "Vermont Camp" style and is privately sited on the property with great views. Depending on the cottage, they will sleep between 4 to 7 people. Each cottage has a complete kitchen with 20" gas range, microwave, coffee maker etc. We also have a common laundry area for all quests to use. It may be possible to rent two, three or four cottages at the same time for a family reunion or a group event. We will gladly email you additional photos and more information.
The unique gradual shale beach is rare (for Lake Champlain), due to the fact that it is South facing, which affords all day sunshine and protection from cool Northerly breezes. The "Outer Malletts Bay" location offers warmer and calmer water than the "Broad Lake." There is a great dock and our guests have the use of several small boats. We have lake-side seating with plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Enjoy your meals by the lake with barbeque grills, or dine alone at your own lakefront paradise.

The cottages rent Saturday - Saturday.
The exact rate for 2008 will depend on the Cottage.
2008 Rates are as follows:
$895.00 - $925.00 in "high season" June 28 - August 30.
$725.00 from Mid-June through June 28, and August 30 - Early October.
We will consider a 3-day minimum as space allows.
Vermont tax will be added to the above rates.
Please ask about open dates.
Bed sheets and towels are not included in the rent, but we can supply them at an additional charge. Blankets and pillows are provided.
We also have a few bikes available for rent.
