This bright, sunny house is located on the shores of Lake Champlain in a rural setting near the towns of Milton and St. Albans. Downstairs, the house has an open floor plan with large kitchen, breakfast bar, bathroom, dining room and living room with spectacular views of the lake and Adirondack Mountains. Upstairs are four bedrooms - 1 queen, 2 double, 2 single beds - and a full bath. There is a large screened in porch for dining, lake gazing and relaxing. The front deck is great for drying off in the sun after swims. Large yard and swimming dock. Microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and linens included.

$500 security deposit and $125 nonrefundable cleaning fee required in advance.
Maximum of 6 people; pets subject to approval.
