Solid concrete stairway to generous shale beach. Swimming raft and boat dock. Canoe, kayak, rowboat, tubes and sunfish. Twenty-minute drive to Burlington. Not suitable for young children due to house not being child proof and cliff at edge of property. No smokers. Well-behaved dogs welcome.
