Walking paths follow the shoreline along this historic point. Our turn-of-the-century camp is located at the very tip of Thompson's Point (the longest peninsula between the Essex, NY and Charlotte, VT ferry and the town of Ferrisburgh Station). A wrap around porch overlooks the bay. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace, old books and games. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 1st bedroom has a king bed; 2nd bedroom has a double bed; 3rd bedroom has two twin beds; 4th bedroom has one double bed and two twin beds. Extra foam mattresses. Linens provided. Gas grill, wireless internet access, private dock, mooring, rowboat, use of swimming float and tennis courts. Near Burlington and Middlebury. Well behaved dogs okay. No smoking.

August 23-31: $2,000
September: $250/night, 3-night minimum.
Plus 9% VT rooms tax, $100 cleaning fee.
