This entire house pictured, is for one couple or 2 friends -- it is yours alone.

You can swim from the dock on the property, or a short walk leads to a private beach with wonderful swimming -- shallow for the first 30 feet. Swim, looking at the majestic Adirondack Mountains.

There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, & radiant heat for early or late season visitors. No smoking.

Burlington has wonderful restaurants and culture, myriad things to do. The house is near a park and all types of boating is available nearby.
The entire area is within easy access to the New York side of the lake with many places for antique lovers to discover on both sides of Lake Champlain. Biking is outstanding on Lake Champlain Bikeways although it is very inviting to simply stay and relax!
