Private furnished cottage on the shores of Lake Champlain on Button Bay in Ferrisburgh. If you want privacy and a great family gathering place, this is the cottage for you. Enjoy the sunsets from the large deck & roast marshmallows over the fire in the evening. The camp has 1 bedroom, plus a sleeping alcove with two camp beds and a loft area for the kids. Canoe and rowboat included for your pleasure. Just minutes from Button Bay and Basin Harbor. The Basin Harbor Club has golfing and dining, and Button Bay State Park is a short bike ride away with nature trails and a pool. Middlebury is only 20 minutes away, while Burlington is 30 minutes. Pets allowed with extra refundable security deposit.
Our cottage will be available for rentals until mid October.

Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday from June to November, $850/wk plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Daily rentals after September 12th, two nights minimum, $150/night, plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Security deposit of $425 required. (May be higher with pets.)
$425 deposit to reserve a week, half of rental rate for less than a week.
