The Basin Harbor Club has golfing and dining, and Button Bay State Park is a short bike ride away with nature trails and a pool. Middlebury is only 20 minutes away, while Burlington is 30 minutes. Pets allowed with extra refundable security deposit.

Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday from June to November, $850/wk plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Daily rentals after September 6th, three nights minimum, $130/night, plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Security deposit of $400 required. (May be higher with pets.)
$425 deposit to reserve a week, half of rental rate for less than a week.
